Kristy has enjoyed her role as a Director (since 2012) and Board Chair (since 2022) of the Wairarapa Building Society.  

The Society is the exclusive funder of the WBS Charitable Trust which has been a long standing and passionate supporter of communities in the Wairarapa for many years.

Having property herself in the Wairarapa (near Gladstone), Kristy brings a keen local interest as well as her advocacy and governance skills to the role.
